I love working from home, I have done for the best part of 15 years. I love the flexibility, the low overheads and the fact that I don't have to think about the 'commute'. However, I may be coming to the end of my life as a long time 'home-worker'.

The main reason for this is that I may be becoming a little more socialable in my early middle years. While I don't want to loose my own identity and brand, I'd like to collaborate with other creatives; web dev's, photographers, film makers - maybe even other graphic artists and web designers.

Co-working in a shared creative space would definitely scratch an itch I've had for a little while. It goes without saying that the location would have to be right, as well as the rent obviously but I think it's something I need to investigate some more. Watch this space.
